Rosita Wong will provide an overview of HealthJay, an easy-to-use engagement app offered in 25 languages to reach the most hard-to-reach populations. The app, already in use in major U.S. cities, focuses on building self-care, access to resources and team-based coordination for individuals and community-based organizations.
Stefano Selorio (check him out on TikTok) will introduce you to Carevocacy, a groundbreaking platform that empowers individuals to become tech-savvy through a trio of transformative interventions: personalized tech tutoring, dynamic group classes, and Apo—a text-based digital health literacy coach powered by AI.
